Today I went to my spinning class and then my husband and son were to meet me at a cafe in town, to go to the grocery store after. Well they were late and I was sitting there, with no cellphone, no paper or pen and I almost lost my mind. My personality is one that does not like to waste any minute of the day. Even as a teenager I could not just do homework, because my mind would wonder, so I had to do my homework in front of the television because it actually helped me focus when there was background noise. But this not the point of my post today, it was because during this time of sitting and waiting, my mind races and I started to think about technology, and what type of software, or apps that can help my business ventures get off the ground or even keep everything I do organized and in check. I always have something on the go, and I thrive on being organized, and being the technology loving person that I am, I decided to seek out companies doing things that can help out the busy mom or the small entrepreneur. I am going to start with newer things out there like apps, and cellphones (did you see that one coming). I currently have the first iphone that came on the market, but I have been a blackberry person as well.
So see future posts on what this mom has learned and what she thinks works well for her and for her business (I know I used the third person there at the end, thought I would change this up!).
