My outfit changing supermodel baby!

Some days Mateo can stay in the same outfit all day and then other days he goes through more wardrobe changes than a model. It is like the biggest mystery to me, why sometimes he can shoot right out of the diaper. I am always trying to check over the diaper to make sure it is secure, like it is a safety harness or something.
We have also had everything happen while changing him, the sprays and even pooping while changing, but we have at least gotten past that, or least learned from our mistakes (I hope I didn't just jinks myself).
The thing that makes me laugh the most about diaper changes is how my husband and I like to assess the situation before a change and call in reinforcements if we need to, because some are a two person job. Also with Mateo wanting to always practice his new found skill, crawling, changing him seems harder than catching a muddy pig (not that I have tried). If my husband is home, one person is to distract him so he doesn't try rolling over to his stomach while the other tries changing him. Also if my husband goes it alone, for the change, you can almost guarantee that kid is not coming back out with pants, because he doesn't want the extra battle so my husband will say, Mateo didn't want to put on pants (I guess they have a telepathic male connection).

But what all these diaper changes just remind me of, is that trying to figure out how to balance out work and motherhood, because maternity leave is over soon is not going to be easy. So, Is there any employers, or any moms out there that some how find a way to make money and being a full time mom (so no daycare or nannies) work? Also what age are their children?
