We are a community group for mothers, currently in the Orillia to Gravenhurst, Ontario area, we focus on food, nutrition and health for our family. We draw on expert knowledge such as naturopaths, but best of all we learn and share knowledge from fellow mothers. Even if you have never cooked before we can help you get started. We want to encourage moms to cook and learn the importance of what they put on the table. We are REALISTIC and STRIVE to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone, through education. Membership is FREE so sign up to follow us today! We work together to share knowledge of everything from recipes, nutrition, to how to plan ahead. We offer something for every lifestyle, from just the basics of cooking, spaghetti and pizza, to people looking to learn something new about nutrition, organics or even raw cooking. Never cooked before, let us help you get started, we offer some basic cooking lessons from a mom, to help get you started and then this group will help keep you going for a lifetime of providing healthy and nutritious meals for your family. We offer: Workshops, share recipes, and fun get togethers.

The night I was not a 30 year old mom but a pre-teen again! (Posting not helpful for entrepreneurs but just a fun read)

I took a shower, shaved my legs, did my hair and actually put on makeup, yes I was looking good and happy to be getting out of the house. I had a beer then we followed the heard of 30+ women all dressed up with eyes only set on 5 men, yes I was going to another New Kids On the Block concert (Yes this is my second show since their reunion). As soon as they came on stage and everyone was on their feet and women were doing the high pitch squeals, that we know how to do so well, all my daily thoughts and stresses were gone and I was the kid again where everything was simple and having fun was the only worry you have.
Dancing, singing along was excitement enough but to top it off the New Kids decide to walk up the hill right beside me, and I got to touch hands with all 5 of them which made my night! It was unreal, I know I don't sound 30 years old but it was good.
I was just reading about things you should do for the adrenal gland which helps with cortisol (sp?) levels (something I am personally looking at, that effect women) and to help reduce stress (a big factor) they suggest just doing something fun, no matter how stupid, well going to this concert was just that.
